Our bananas often start to go brown before we get around to eating them, and I grew tired of making muffins. I decided to find another use for them, and now I'm in love with these things I call Banana Freezies.
- In a mini-muffin pan smoosh a slice of banana to cover the bottom.
- Drop a couple of peanuts on top of each and a squirt of chocolate syrup. Or make up your own stuffing! Peanut butter, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, granola, Fluff...
- Sit another slice of banana on top and press down a little. You don't have to super-smush that one.
- Freeze! (with or without toothpick in center of each, which you can do if you want to make it a little pop)
